百名店です。なかなか予約の取れないお店だそうです。
1ヶ月以上前に予約して伺いました。
予約すると、刺盛りも予約必須のようです。
豪華なお刺身で、美味しかった！
しめさば•太刀魚•かつお•いか•きんめだい•あんきも•こふぐ…でした。
こふぐは前日のホテルでも出ましたが、
この辺りでよく獲れるみたいですね。
日本酒は悦凱陣はじめ、地元のお酒を。
トリュフ入りポテトサラダは、てっきりじゃがいもかと思いきや、里芋でした。
でも美味しい！見習いたい！
そのあと蓮根餅と玄米おこげの揚げ出し、
テール大根をいただきました。
〆のサービス味噌汁をいただいたら、
すっかりお腹がタプタプになりました。
美味しかったです。
