香川名物の一つ
骨付鳥
一鶴はその元祖として君臨するチェーン店
独自の調理法があるのだろうかどの店も並んでいて
安易に入れないから
観光の後夕方4時過ぎから駐車場で待機していました
香川の人はクリスマスに骨付き取りを食べるそうで
予約している客と店舗利用客で4時半には駐車場が満杯
5時開店時にはテーブルの半分が埋まり引き取り客の行列も一緒にできていました
骨付き鶏は親鳥を注文
名物の鶏もも肉
皿に焼いた鳥を乗せてからチー油をかけて仕上げ焼きしているようで
身の締まった親鳥のをよく噛んで味わう胡椒などの辛さもありスパイシーグリルチキン
このお店ははさみを使わずかぶりつくのが流儀
老いも若きもかぶりついて楽しんでいる風景は何となく昭和のそれで微笑ましいです
鯵の南蛮漬けや鶏皮のポン酢とかサラダと言ったサイドメニューも充実しているし
郊外店という事もあってアルコール抜きの定食として食事を楽しむ客もたくさんいます
人気店だけに早めに並んで正解でした
