<Low calorie and healthy! Recommended for women too! Kogane's "Wild Boar Hotpot" is worth a meal>:
Kogane has been loved by everyone since its establishment in 1952. It serves a variety of authentic Japanese Cuisine using carefully selected ingredients, including eel and puffer fish dishes, with a
...focus on locally produced and locally consumed ingredients. All of the dishes are excellent, but the most popular is Kogane's specialty, "Botan Nabe." Wild boar meat purchased from hunters is stewed in a special miso-based soup in a stone pot until the flavor is absorbed, and then eaten with our prided "Nejimuki Daikon" (thinly peeled radish) hand-cut with skilled knife skills, and seasonal vegetables. Of course, there is no "smell" that is common with wild boar meat, so you can rest assured. The meal is served with mochi or udon noodles for a filling meal. Wild boar meat is high in protein but low in calories, and is also rich in iron and collagen. It is very healthy compared to beef and pork, and is recommended for women. In addition, wild boar meat is excellent for providing nutrients and relieving fatigue. Please try Kogane's "Wild Boar Hotpot" not only in the cold winter but also in the hot summer.
