12月中旬の香川県 高松市への旅行、
初日のディナーは、琴電「片原町駅」
より徒歩５分、フェリー通り沿いに
ある寿司処 福家を予約済み。
ＪＲホテルクレメント高松から予約
時間 15分前にタクシーで店へ向かう。
予約は席だけ。とりあえずメニューを
身て適当に注文。
事前に食べログで他の方のレビューを
読んでいたので、店の看板メニュー？
の鰆の塩タタキを注文。産卵前の冬の
鰆は脂がのって旨い。炙った皮目に
旨味タップリ。
殻付き牡蠣は確か、三陸産とか････
大振りで味も濃厚。これぞ牡蠣！！！
渡りがに蒸し物も解した身と内子が
混ざり旨味の掛け算！渡り蟹は美味い。

〆ていない生の鯖の刺身を食べるのは
久しぶり。これも美味しい。
大将と話ながら、握りも適当に注文を
するが、どれも普通に美味しい。
