ふぐのコースをいただきました。てっさと先付の皮の料理はコリコリとふんわりと食感の違いが味わえます。唐揚げは身が柔らかくほろりと骨から取れます。鍋はとても量があり、東京で食べる倍の量があるように思います。雑炊も美味しくいただきました。
