With the exception of the large-sized store, this store has a private room with a sunken kotatsu, which is surprisingly hard to find in Takamatsu. This one serves some of the best dishes out there. Since it was a New Year's party-like event, I made a reservation in advance and received the course. After toasting with draft beer, we served some side dishes (soy sauce bean-like or mentai) and sashimi (fugu thinly made) For some reason, when it comes to sake for sashimi, I end up drinking Etsu Kaijin. Fried food (avocado Tempura) Dassai shochu was on the menu around here! This caught my eye and I started drinking rock music. We recommend drinking this alcohol on the rocks to enjoy its aroma. Creative Japanese-style meal (named appropriately) ・ Oyster teriyaki (I think it was fried lightly with potato starch and then made into teriyaki) ・Grilled cutlassfish with sea urchin (Swordfish is rolled up and grilled until plump, then topped with teriyaki) (with sea urchin on top) ・Roast duck meat (a duck meat version of roast beef cooked at a low temperature) A variety of dishes that highlight the chef's taste are lined up. On this day, one of the members was refraining from eating carbohydrates (rice dishes), so we asked for a course without rice, but the dishes were very satisfying and the drinks were delicious. This restaurant is recommended for family dinner parties and entertainment. The contents of the course change depending on the season Thank you for the meal \Manpuku/ P.S. Dassai shochu has a high alcohol content of 39%, but it has a strong and refreshing aroma, so be careful not to drink too much. But rock is delicious. If you are not used to it, try a highball. I think even people who don't like shochu can drink it. If you see it, please give it a drink.
