We offer dishes that use plenty of fish delivered directly from the fishing port, including red chicken. Weekday-only lunch is the popular daily set menu (880 yen), where you can choose two of your fa
...vorite items from four to five different types that change every day, and you can choose from large, medium, or small rice. In the evening, we purchase raw tuna directly from a fishing company in Ehime, fresh fish delivered directly from the fishing port of Aji, local chicken from Kagawa, and olive red chicken directly from the producers. We also purchase fresh eggs from Kanae Poultry Farm, and vegetables from Takamatsu Vegetable Market. We also put a lot of effort into sourcing sake, and we work hard every day to provide our customers with authentic flavors at the lowest possible prices.
