In the evening, we purchase raw tuna directly from a fishing company in Ehime, fresh fish delivered directly from the fishing port of Aji, local chicken from Kagawa, and olive red chicken directly from the producers. We also purchase fresh eggs from Kanae Poultry Farm, and vegetables from Takamatsu Vegetable Market. We also put a lot of effort into sourcing sake, and we work hard every day to provide our customers with authentic flavors at the lowest possible prices.
