Feel free to come just for a meal. We offer different side dishes every day. Our soy milk hot pot, made with Okayama black pork, chopped vegetables, and yuba, is served with our homemade ponzu sauce. |
I visited here for dinner on a business trip to Shikoku. It was after 6pm, but I was the first one there. First, I ordered a bottle of beer. The appetizer was handmade tofu topped with lemon-flavored salt balls. It was refreshing with rock salt, black pepper and olive oil. I ordered local chicken sashimi. It was quite filling. The condiments were garlic and ginger, and I ate it with soy sauce. There were various cuts, and I preferred the texture of the thigh. I also ordered local octopus pieces. This was served with wasabi and a refreshing soy sauce that was different from the soy sauce I had earlier. It had just the right amount of chewiness. Surprisingly, I was full after eating the condiments. Next time, I'd like to try various things with someone. Thank you for the meal.
