Beef aged for about 60 days, a shock of flavor.
Charcoal-grilled Chuleton (domestic beef L-bone) aged for about 60 days. Features a concentrated flavor and sweet nutty aroma. A perfect dish to share and enjoy with friends around the table. Spanish |
I went to have dinner with my partner and a friend. I went to eat at [a:https://tabelog.com/rvwr/heizo/rvwdtl/B73878055/#5541854, shop] before this shop moved to its current location. I had a delicious meal that time, so I would like to go there again if I have the chance. As time passed, I learned that they had moved and decided to go eat there. I ate a course meal. The dishes included recommended seasonal salads, jamon, padron fritos, pintxos, Ajillo, charcoal-grilled pluma, and this month's rice dish. This restaurant is a Spanish Cuisine. My partner, my friend, and I are not used to eating Spanish Cuisine, so we were curious to see some of the dishes we were served. Padron's Fritos was described on the menu as Fried food, but it was a green pepper-like vegetable that was larger and smaller than shishitokara. It was a dish with a deep-fried texture and salty taste that went well with draft beer. Ajillo is a dish that can be found at Izakaya (Japanese-style bar) and other places, and my partner sometimes eats it. It was a shrimp Ajillo, and my partner enjoyed it as shrimp is one of his favorite foods. French bread came with it, so I ate it with Ajillo. This month's rice dish was squid ink paella, seasoned with salt. Both my partner and female friend seemed to like the squid ink mino paella. Pluma's charcoal-grilled meat had a nice softness that made it a great accompaniment to alcoholic beverages. Eating Spanish Cuisine and trying new and unfamiliar dishes [b:It was a valuable experience. ]
