伊吹島産の煮干しをベースにしている料理なのかなと思ったら全く関係無いようです。

平日の午後6時の席を3日前に予約して訪問しました。4人掛けのテーブルは埋まっていましたが、2-3人のカウンターであれば予約は必要ない感じでした。
