I trained under Professor Toshiro Kandagawa, and I prepare my food with the spirit of watering flowers, loving people, and being kind to them.
●For lunch, we offer the Shuho Bento (boxed lunch) (¥2,200), Shuho yuba Bento (boxed lunch) (¥2,200), gourd Bento (boxed lunch) (¥1,600), yuba rice bowl (¥1,400), and, by reservation, the Iroha Momiji
... course (¥3,300). ●All dinners are course meals. We offer the Meoto Matsu (¥4,400), Bamboo Forest (¥6,600), and Weeping Plum (¥8,800).
