平日の15時くらいにお邪魔したらすぐ入れました。
おすすめだという天ぷら冷やしを注文。
入り口で、うどんを麺棒でこねている音が絶えず聞こえてて、心地いい空間になっています。
うどん県にはたくさんセルフでリーズナブルなお店もあって、安さを追求すればもっとお安いお店もあるのですが、ちゃんと提供してもらえるようなお店がやっぱり落ち着くかなぁ。
冷やしうどんの上に載せられた天ぷらは大きなエビが2本そびえ立ちいつまでも皮はサクサクで美味しく食べられます。
おうどんは、こしが強く喉越しも良いです。
おろしやレモンで途中味変するとさらに食べやすくなります。
つゆは少し甘めかな。
さすが本場の讃岐うどんです。
あと、讃岐うどんのお店は早朝からやっていてお昼には営業終わってしまうところも多いのですが、こちらは通し営業されているので、観光客には助かりますね。
