宇多津にあるうどん屋さん。
3時前でも30人ほどの行列でしたが、30分もたたないうちに入店することができました。
人気はひや天おろしとのこと。
しかし、今回はぶっかけ天ぷらを注文。
ホームページによると「ひや天おろしは少し多い、という方におすすめのメニュー」とのこと。
店内では麺をうって切っている様子を見ることができます。
天ぷらは出来立てでサクサクとしています。
麺はコシを感じ、弾力感がありすぎるほどでした。
弾力感はありすぎても自分にとってはいまいちに感じました。
ただ、味は確かであり人気な理由が分かります。
香川としてはうどんの値段は少し高めよりなのかなと思います。
