いつも通りお店に到着すると
大将とかよちゃんの
「神内がさん、お帰り～」の声
まずは、
カウンター席に座って
カマスや鰆の炙りに
トロや河豚の刺身と一緒に
日本酒をいただき
ちょっとホッコリ！
中盤は
〇地タコのから揚げ
〇しずの握り
などをあてに
日本酒・メガハイボールで乾杯！
最後の〆は、
〇肉水
〇塩焼きうどん
この日も
楽しく美味しい丸亀の夜でした

大将と佳代ちゃんの
「神内さんお帰り～！」
と、言う元気な声でお出迎え
私も「ただいま～！」
と、言いながらいつもの
カウンター席へ
まずは、生ビールをぐっといただき
御通しの
〇蛸もずく酢
と一緒にいただく
落ち着いたところで
カウンター席の常連さんと
大将、佳代ちゃんと一緒にハイボールで乾杯！
料理は、オーダーしなくても
大将から自動的に
この日のええもんが出てきます
〇お刺身盛り合わせ
(鱧梅肉、鰹たたき、まぐろ、鯛、鰆)
〇天草産超特大岩牡蠣
これがクリーミーで抜群に旨い！
〇牛こんにゃく煮込み
お酒は、香川県の地酒へ
◯凱陣 無濾過純米酒
最後の〆は
メニューにない
〇大将特製オムライス
これもまた旨い！
この日も、気がつけば、
夜中12時過ぎまで

◯ A Seafood restaurant where smiles never cease ~ Marugame City, Kagawa Prefecture ~ ◯ Hokuroya For dinner that day, I went to my home in Kagawa Prefecture, Hokuroya. First, as soon as we entered the restaurant, the chef and the landlady said, "Welcome back, Jinnai-san!" We started off with a small beer and an appetizer of boiled bean sprouts. The bean sprouts were delicious with the sesame oil! Our next order was ◯ Seared salted Spanish mackerel ◯ Assorted sashimi ◯ Local chicken with pepper sauce For the final course, we had ◯ Garlic fried rice ◯ Local chicken with pepper sauce and Tsukimi rice ◯ Clear soup As always, Seafood was outstanding, and the sake we had was ◯ Kito Junmai Ginjo Hiyaoroshi ◯ Sawahime Junmai Ginjo Once things had calmed down, we toasted with some bubbly! As always, it was a nice, homey restaurant After that, we went to the after-party with the chef and the landlady (lol) Thank you for the meal
