寿退社をする職員とその後任の職員の歓送迎会使わせてもらった。
食べログの居酒屋で検索して、上位で退社する職員の自宅にも近いということで選んだ。
また、リーズナルブで美味しいというのも気に入った。
参加者は18人で、小上がりの4卓を占領する形になった。
料理はお店のコースに、好きな物を追加する形を取った。
飲み放題のコースもあったが、飲まない人の方が多いのでこれは採用されなかった。
オードブルは、お店の代表的な料理が並んでいた。
フライドポテト、ごぼう唐揚げ、枝豆、ローストビーフ、焼き鯖、出汁巻き卵、鶏唐揚げ、くらげ酢などだ。
揚げ物は仕方ないことだが少し元気がなかった。
細巻きの皿。
サラダは揚げ茄子、トマト、ブロッコリー、レタス、レモンなど色彩が豊かだった。
せっかくの揚げ茄子がうまく生かされていないのが残念だった。
刺身は、鮪、モンゴウイカ、鮹でツマの胡瓜とレモンの薄切りがきれいな皿だった。
イカ、ウインナー、人参、玉葱のケチャップ煮込み、麻婆豆腐が出た。
その他に、いりこ味噌胡瓜、酒盗、揚げだし里芋など酒の肴に頼んだ。
女性たちには、ワッフルアイスが人気だった。
美味しかったとみんなに言ってもらった。
でもこの店は、少人数で作りたての料理でお酒を楽しむのが一番だと感じた。
