前回、魚が最高に美味しかったので2度目の訪問です。まずは、お通しで茶碗蒸しをいただきました。もずくの食感と上品な出汁の相性が抜群で、茶碗蒸しだけで何杯でもいけそう!
いやいや、そういうわけにはいけませぬ、次はお造りを盛り合わせていただきました。
雲丹、アオリイカ、カンパチ、本鮪、アコウ、すべて味わいがよいが、のどぐろの最高ブランドといわれる紅瞳の炙りは口に入れた瞬間に芳ばしさが広がり、噛もうとした瞬間にほろりと溶け、なんじゃこりゃーという美味しさ!
その後、のどぐろの煮付けはトロットロの激うまで、二人で隅々まで食べ尽くしました。
最後は車海老のエビフライ。
サクサクの衣の中にあまーいエビがたまりません。尻尾も丁寧に剝いていて、最後まで美味でした。
大満足だと言っていたところ、亭主のサービスでのどぐろの炙りの握りをいただきました。
今まで炙りの握りの王者は本鮪の大トロだと思っていましたが、一気に順位が入れ替わりました。
のどぐろの豊かな脂がシャリの隙間に染みわたり至福のシメとなりました。

奥さんの接客も気持ちいいですね。
マスクの下は笑顔ですっていう張り紙が楽しいです。
