丸亀お城まつりと周辺エリアの観光で丸亀市内のホテルに宿泊した際に伺いました。
注文したのはお刺身の盛り合わせ、サワラの刺身、親鳥生ハムサラダ、自家製さぬき揚げ、枝豆、骨付鳥(親・ひな)、アスパラの肉巻き等です。
骨付鳥は焼き上がるまで時間が掛かるため最後にいただきました。親とひなは食感がまるで違う感じで親は噛めば噛むほど旨味を感じ、ひなは柔らかくジューシーでした。
今時珍しくタバコが吸える店内でしたのでテーブルには灰皿がおいてありました。喫煙者にとってはありがたいお店です。
