今日のお昼は丸亀youme town 1Fにあるおそば屋さん そじ坊さんへ。
わさび味噌せいろそば かつ丼セット 戴きました。
彼女は五種盛りそば。
そじ坊さんチェーン店ですが、信州の民家を思わせる店装で自家製麺の蕎麦が味わえるお店です。
蕎麦の香りがしっかり香る細身の喉越しの良い麺。
葱に肉がたっぷり入った味噌だれに山葵を溶かして頂きます……。
うん、うまい。食べ応え抜群です。
でも、個人的には普通のざるそばの方が好きかも……。
そして、蕎麦屋で戴くかつ丼。
特筆する点がないくらいのかつ丼ですがそれでいい。それがいい。そんな感じ。
七味をかけて、スプーンで頂きます。
ちょっと食べ過ぎました。
大満足です。
