休日のランチで訪問しました。
イオンタウン宇多津の敷地に併設されていて（建物はイオンの向かい浜街道目の前）、駐車場はたっぷりあります。
こちらのお店はセルフでおかずを取っていき、自分で好きな定食を作ってお会計という少し変わった流れとなっています。
魚は選んだ後に炭火焼してくれるということで、シャケの塩焼きをベースにおかずを選びました。
◆白ご飯（大） 210円（外税）
◆シャケの塩焼き 380円 （外税）
◆手作りポテトサラダ 180円（外税）
◆野菜とキノコの味噌汁 180円（外税）
炭火焼は家では中々できないということもあり、満足度は結構高かったです。
ポテトサラダは少し塩気が濃いめですが、好きな味。
味噌汁はかなり濃いめの味となっていて、お連れさんは残していました。
魚以外にもお肉や揚げ物もあったので、色々と試してみたい気はしました。
