Today we have dinner here at Yushokuboya. I've used it several times for lunches and company year-end parties, but this is the first time I've personally used it at night. ``Yushokuboya'' is really beautiful on the inside, and I think it resembles the ``Aburaya'' that appeared in the old animated movie ``Spirited Away'' (is that an exaggeration? (lol)). This time, my partner and I had ``Kaiseki Cuisine Akane'', ``Bottle Beer (medium)'', and ``Fried Beef Mino''. A total of 12 dishes are delivered to your table, starting with appetizers and ending with dessert. However, the "rice dish" on the menu was "Tai Meshi with Sesame Tororo", but this time it would be "Jako Meshi". Also, the last dessert was not "Matcha pudding" but "Matcha ice cream". Of course, it doesn't bother me at all. All the dishes are elegant and delicious, and the beer goes well too. I also ordered the ``fried beef mino'' with a good squeeze of lemon, and the crunchiness of the mino and the sourness of the lemon were delicious. The sashimi in the ``3-piece sashimi assortment'' of ``Sashimi'' is also thick and delicious. There is a wide variety of a la carte menus, so it can be hard to decide which one to go for, but the ordering process is done via a touch panel, so you can see the image of the dish and see what kind of dish it is. It's easy to understand. The staff at the restaurant has good customer service and the food is delicious, so I would like to use it again if I have the opportunity.
