1軒目に選んだのはこちら。
白川うどんさん！！
善通寺市の建設会社の隣にある讃岐うどん屋さん。
9時半から開いてるからうどん巡り1軒目にも最適！
まずは店内に入って手を洗って。
お盆を持ってからお店の方にうどんを伝えるスタイル。
私は山かけうどんの小。相方さんは釜玉うどんの小。
うどんを頼んだ後はセルフで天ぷらやらいなり寿司やらを選んで。
大きなかき揚げに魅せられて♡
迷わずかき揚げをお盆の上に。
最後にお会計を済ませていざ！
優しいお出汁にそろりと浸かった讃岐うどんの艶々さたるや♡
温かいお出汁ながら、うどんのコシは健在！
もっちりむぎゅむぎゅ！！
そこにとろりとした優しいとろろが絶妙にマッチ◎
めちゃくちゃ美味しい！！
不規則な太さのうどんの喉越しも◎
温かいうどんってだいたい柔らかーいイメージあったけど
こちらのはしっかりとコシ。
それでいて暖かく優しいお出汁が◎
根菜たっぷりな大きなかき揚げもボリューム満点で美味しくって♡
半分はそのまま。もう半分は山かけうどんに浸して♡
気づいたらお出汁までぜーんぶ完食してた。
出だし好調な一軒目。
腹7分目くらいで次のうどん屋さんへ。
