初詣客が賑やかに行き交う中、金比羅さん麓の商店街にふらりとお邪魔しました。
お昼の散策の時にチェックしてありました、さぬきこんぴら七八五さんへ。
香川名物とされている骨付き鳥をリサーチしにお邪魔しました。
店内は居酒屋さんの雰囲気。カウンターも少しありましたので、カウンターでひとり呑もうかと思いましたが、片付いていないとのことでテーブルへ。6人掛けのテーブルにひとりポツン(笑)
黒霧ロック、ズリポン、骨付き鳥の若をオーダー。
ズリポンは、ズリの素揚げをおろしポン酢で和えたものになります。
コリッ、プリッとした食感にポン酢の爽やかさがよく合います。
オサレな切子の黒霧が美味しく感じますね。
主役の骨付き鳥の登場。予想通りデカイ(笑)モモ肉1枚分揚げてあり、ハサミでチョキチョキして、頂きます。結構塩胡椒でしっかり目に味付けされており、鶏油も旨みを醸し出しますが、いかんせんデカイ。チビチビロックなおっさんには、やはり荷が重たい(^^;;
みんなでビア片手にワイワイ頂くのが最高の組み合わせかと思いました(^^;;リサーチ終了(笑)
ズリポンをチマチマ、麦のロックをおかわりして、琴平の夜を楽しみました(^o^)/
