かなり以前から気になっていたうどん店、
東かがわ市『讃州讃岐屋』さん。
ここは、国道11号線沿いの、
スーパーやドラッグストアの立ち並ぶ利便性のいい界隈。
こちらの店舗は、少なくなってきた…フルサービスの店で、
いい感じに年季の入った外観は、老舗の風格。
店内も外観同様、昔ながらの雰囲気で、
温かみのある接客はなんとも心地が良い、
そんな…サービス店ならではの安心感。
普段は、ほぼ、わかめうどんを選んでいるが、
この日は嗜好を変え “天ぷらうどん ” に浮気…
単品なので当然のように ⁈ 大盛り依頼！
天ぷらは、大きめの海老天1尾と、わかめの天ぷら⁈
わかめの天ぷらって…結構珍しくないかな？
天ぷらは揚げたてなもんで、熱くてサクサク！
ある意味定番の、衣がメインのケチったものでなく、
正真正銘のちゃんとした海老天ッス！
麺は平べったい形状が特徴、
箸からスルッと滑り、落ちかける程に滑らか〜
しなやかさもあって、のどごし抜群！コシ良し！
出汁の味は薄めに思えたけど、
なんか〝ホッ〟するような素朴な感じ、
印象に残るような、フワリと香る出汁感。
器は、存在感のある重量物。
肝心のボリュームも申し分なく、単品で十分に満たされる。
わかめの天ぷら、悪くはないけど…
個人的にはやっぱ、普通のがわかめが好きかな？
