旅行支援に乗っかってぶらり鹿児島へ。
この日の夕食は黒豚シャブシャブ。
指宿から市内への帰り道、こちらに立ち寄りです。
エントランスも素敵でとても広い店内、個室も多数あり雰囲気はいいです。
個室に通され、黒豚シャブシャブのオコジョコースを注文。
上品な前菜、カルパッチョ風のサラダに続いてお肉登場。
油と赤みのバランスの良いバラ肉ですね。
地元の黒豚なのでしょう。
お出汁にシャブシャブしてポン酢で一口。
油の甘味が口の中で広がります。
野菜の方といえば、桜島産でしょうか？大きめの2色の大根。シャキシャキとして旨い。
つけだれのポン酢は鹿児島産だいだいのポン酢です。爽やかな酸味が良いです。
ちなみにご飯は大きなお釜で炊いてました。
これまた旨くておかわりしました。
せっかくの鹿児島ですので地のもの黒豚シャブシャブ。良いのではないでしょうか。
