I was treated to a meal by my master at a restaurant patronized by Katsura Takemaru! When I arrived at the restaurant, I was surprised by the gorgeous entrance! We took a commemorative photo in a pig pose. There were so many options on the menu that I'm sure I'll want to visit again and again. I left the ordering to the master and waited, and a shabu shabu pot was placed on top of the induction cooker, and finely chopped cabbage appeared! This cabbage and daidai dressing was delicious! The appetizer, sashimi, and braised pork were all delicious! Then the beef shabu shabu shabu was delicious! And what a surprise! pork shabu-shabu arrived in a tiered box! On the top layer were vegetables, mushrooms, and tofu, and on the bottom layer was a beautiful black pork. When I had it shabu shabu, it was so delicious! It was fluffy and had a strong flavor! And compared to beef, there was no scum!! Personally, it was better than Okinawan Agu shabu shabu-shabu! I also had chewy udon noodles, and was feeling very satisfied, but then, wow! Then the tonkatsu arrived!!! Two slices of fillet and three slices of loin! And then rice too, I thought I couldn't eat it all! But the tonkatsu was so delicious that about 80% of the rice went down with it! Wow, this is amazing! The dessert was also delicious with just the right amount of sweetness, a super black pork special course!! My stomach was so full I nearly fell backwards. No wonder the master has such a physique. After tasting this, I won't be able to eat tonkatsu or pork shabu-shabu for a while. Kagoshima is amazing! Thank you Master Takemaru for the delicious dinner! I'll never forget this kindness! It's a great souvenir to take to the afterlife!
