てっきり熊本のこむらさきの市店が鹿児島で大人気なんかと思っていたが、
熊本、宮崎、こちらの“こむらさき”はいずれも無関係とのこと
1949年創業
鹿児島ラーメン最古参は1947年創業の”のぼる屋”、こちらは閉店済み
名だたる代表店ではこちら”こむらさき”と”のり一”が1949年創業で、現存する鹿児島ラーメン店での最古参
1101、開店直後に到着し先客4名
先に会計を済ませてから着席
メニューは一択の普通/大盛のみ

チャーシュー切るまな板が平板でなく、湾曲してうねってる
あんなまな板初めてみた
麺を先に入れ、タレをかけ、具材乗せて最後にスープをかける独特のスタイル
言わば、スープかけたまぜそば状態でのご提供
よく混ぜてから食すようご指示
とは言え、まずはそのままスープ飲んでみるよねぇ
タレ混ざってないから超あっさりのライト豚骨野菜スープという感じ
自家製の麺は約1mmφ断面の無かんすいの円形極細ストレート麺
無かんすい麺は、うどんぽかったりそーめんぽかったりして
基本あんまり好きでないが、
ここではなんか不思議にマッチして違和感ない
具材は、黒豚チャーシュー、キャベツ、椎茸、葱
たっぷりのキャベツと黒豚エキスが溶け出し、
タレが完全に広がり味がずいずい乗って来る終盤の引きが凄い✨
めちゃくちゃ旨かった＼(^o^)／
