ようやく来ることが出来ました。嬉しい。
数種類の薬味がお出迎えで料理が出てくる前から楽しめるお店でした。
スタートは出来立ての出汁巻
大時化だったようですが、なんとかお魚たちを揃えてくれたとのことで嬉しいですね。
大将のキャラクターがまたなんとも言えずいい味わいです。大好きになりました。
タコはあたたかいまま、丁寧に包丁が入って柔らかく、でも吸盤のプリプリ感は残っていて食感が楽しめます。
アワビもやわらかく美味です。
握りもどれも美味しいですが、イカはふわふわでとても好きです。
そしてのむら特製醤油がたまらない！！また来たいお店になりました

ちょいちょい親父ギャグをかましてくる楽しい大将と美味しいお魚、美味しいお酒を飲むならのむらです。
ネタの邪魔をしない温度のシャリがネタと口の中でほどけて素晴らしい。
鹿児島でしか捕獲できないというエビ、とても美味でした。鮨屋はイカでわかる！と大将はおっしゃってましたが、イカだけではなく、タコ、エビで鮨屋の腕が見える気がしました。安い鮨屋で私が絶対食べない3種類ですが、うまい店だからこそしっかり美味しさが伝わりますね。
それだけ難しいネタなのですかね？知らんけど。
タコの卵とやらを初めて食べました。初物という意味で感動はしたものの、唸るほどうまくはない笑
キビナゴ焼きはうまかったなぁ。
日本酒も大将がこだわって寿司にあうものをチョイスしてくれているのでとても美味しいです。
