リピート再訪確定のお店です。
◆上ロースカツ定食（2,900円）
何が凄いって肉厚で火を通してるのに、
非常にシットリしていて尚且つジューシー。
あと良くある肉がデカくても衣が油っぽくて、
肉も衣もバラバラで飽きる、なんて事が、
このトンカツにはない。衣と肉の一体感が凄い。
”衣のサクサク”感が、しっとりジューシーな
お肉の中に良いアクセント。
そして何より“豚肉食べてる！”と豚肉の肉感と
溢れる豚の持つ“旨味”が主役として際立ち、
飽きが来ない。素晴らしい逸品。
ソースは変なクドさはなくサラリとした甘め。
なので、ソースをつけると豚肉の味を邪魔せず、あと引く美味さの相乗効果に。
勿論、そのままでもレモン汁だけでも美味しい。
