鹿児島の滞在時間も短いので、どうせなら地元料理を地元でと思って「食べログ」検索、駅に近いところで駅ナカへ。料理は写真以外にも食べているけど、急いでいたのか撮り損なったようです。やはり地元で食べる「さつま揚げ」は、東京のものとは味わいが違って良かった。また、今でこそ都内の和食店でもよく見られるようになりましたが、来店当時はまだ珍しかった「すっぽんの茶碗蒸し」は、すっぽんの味がよく沁みていて美味しかったです。黒毛和牛のタタキも、今となっては気軽になかなか食べられず、独特の薄甘な味つけが懐かしく思い出されます。
帰りの新幹線の時間に合わせて料理を早めに出してくれたので、助かりました。鹿児島に来た時には再訪して、今度はゆっくり他のメニューも食べ手みたいです。
