This Chanko restaurant was set up at a social gathering. The price was relatively good, but I was satisfied with the size of the spiny lobster that was suddenly served. After the sashimi etc., Chanko nabe started immediately and the shrimp was added first. Chanko nabe started with enjoying delicious spiny lobster. On this day, there were miso and soy sauce flavors, but I personally liked the miso flavor better. The soy sauce flavor feels like something is missing. After that, I added more and more pork and vegetables, and finished with udon. As for the udon noodles, the soy sauce pot was not so good. Although I would have liked a little more meat, Chanko nabe itself was a satisfying dish.
