This ramen shop has made history as a representative of Kagoshima ramen. The soup is made with carefully prepared pork bone broth with no peculiar taste. The pork slices are slowly simmered and marinated in a secret homemade sauce, which takes half a day to make. The soup is made with a soy sauce base containing over a dozen different flavors, and is made only from pork bones, which is rare in Kagoshima, resulting in a mild flavor with no peculiar taste. |
