The pork slices are slowly simmered and marinated in a secret homemade sauce, which takes half a day to make. The soup is made with a soy sauce base containing over a dozen different flavors, and is made only from pork bones, which is rare in Kagoshima, resulting in a mild flavor with no peculiar taste. |

鹿児島ラーメンというものがどんなのかいまいちわからず初めていただきましたが、
めちゃくちゃクリーミーで甘いとんこつラーメン。
すごく食べやすくて美味しい。
博多のとんこつよりマイルドな気がします。
麺は中麺なので博多のそれより太く、
刻みキャベツが入っていたり特長もすごい。
厚切り豚バラチャーシューは炙られていて香ばしく、
肉の旨味とクリーミーなスープと交わってめちゃくちゃ好きな味でした。
