The pork slices are slowly simmered and marinated in a secret homemade sauce, which takes half a day to make. The soup is made with a soy sauce base containing over a dozen different flavors, and is made only from pork bones, which is rare in Kagoshima, resulting in a mild flavor with no peculiar taste. |

本日ラーメン2食目になってしまいました。
天文館の商店街にあるお店です。
店内入ってまず、券売機にて食券購入します。
メニューは外の写真でイメージできるのかいいですね。
元祖ラーメンにねぎトッピングです。
トッピングはちょっと高めの価格設定です。
でました。鹿児島ラーメンです。
ニンニクチップ抜いてもらうの忘れてた…。
邪道だと言われるのは覚悟なんですが、どうも得意ではなく…。ちょっと避けながらいただくことに。
麺はストレートの卵麺かな？？
コレが好みです。そしてスープも見た目以上にクドい感じはないのです。自分の近所ではなかなか食べれないので、いただけてよかったです。
