職場の歓送迎会で・・・
職場の歓送迎会で行きました。
20名でしたので、貸し切りにしていただけて、有り難かったです。
○有機野菜のバーニャカウダ
絶対に外せないメニューのひとつ！一緒に行った上司が、「このソースは手に入らないの？？」と言うほど、気に入ったようでした。
○白インゲン豆のポタージュスープ
豆の風味がとてもマイルドに味わえて、美味しくいただきました。
○スズキのムニエル、ポルチーニ茸のクリームソース
程よく焼き上げたスズキにポルチーニ茸の風味たっぷりのソースがなんとも言えない美味しさ♪
○和牛ほほ肉の赤ワイン煮込み
トロトロに煮込んである牛ほほ肉は、本当にホロッととろける美味しさで、大満足！
○季節野菜のアーリオオーリオスパゲッティ
シンプルなオイルパスタだからこそ、絶妙なパスタの茹で加減とソースのバランスが味の決め手となるんですが、そのバランスがなんともいえず、美味しかったです。
○ドルチェ
コースの〆は、私の大好きなレアチーズケーキ。盛り付けの色合いも素敵な一品でした。
今回は、自分が世話役だったこともあり、料理の写真を撮ることが出来なったのですが、
どのお料理も、盛り付けのバランスから大好きなんですよね。
一緒のメンバーの大半は、はじめてだったのですが、みんな満足してくれていたようです。
次回は、しっかりと写真を撮りながら、お料理を味わいたいと思います。

We had take takeaway d'oeuvres. It's difficult to eat at restaurants these days, but I still want to eat delicious food, so takeaway is helpful.I originally planned to have a meal for 3 people, but one person suddenly became unavailable. I asked for a change to hors d'oeuvre for two people. Speaking of Alto Kitchen, the classic bagna cauda is definitely the one! ! In addition to bagna cauda, there are 5 types of side dishes such as omelets and ratatouille, short pasta, and the main dish is Japanese black beef tagliata for 3,780 yen for two people. Since it was my home, I was able to relax and enjoy delicious food.
