鹿児島市に宿泊した際、こちらのお店で晩ご飯をいただきました。
知人から「お料理が美味しいよー」と教えてもらった小料理屋さんです。
メニューにはコース料理もあるようですが、今回は単品のお料理を。
飲み物は生ビール、梅酒ソーダ割りからスタート。
注文したお料理は、無花果と生ハムクリームチーズサラダ、大隈産のうなぎ白焼き＋蒲焼き、鶏骨付きももの唐揚げ、肉じゃが（950円）。
メニュー表にお値段が記載されていないものが多かったですが、好きなものを順にオーダー。
せっかくの鹿児島の夜ですから(^^)
お通しから、きちんとしたお料理が出てきました。
これはお料理にも期待が高まりますね♫
まず無花果のサラダは、それぞれの素材のバランスの素晴らしい逸品です。
クリームチーズがいい繋ぎをしていました。
鰻は1本を白焼きと蒲焼きで。
ふわっふわ、とろっとろで口の中で溶けていきます。
塩、山葵、山椒などで楽しめました。
唐揚げは、パリッとジューシー。
豪快な骨つき。ワイルドで美味しい〜。
添えられていたポテサラも旨いっ。
肉じゃがは、濃いめの味付けで旨味がたっぷり。
南九州っぽく甘め。
焼酎によく合うやつです。
追加で、秋刀魚の塩焼き、白子の天ぷらも注文。
白子はふわふわ、濃厚♫
期待どおりのクオリティです。
秋刀魚は今シーズン初めて。
丁寧に美しく焼かれています。文句なしに旨いっ。
途中からドリンクは、お店の方から教えてもらった、夕（せき）という日置市の焼酎を水割りで。
飲みやすい芋でしたので、2合をあっという間に飲んでしまいました。
お腹パンパンになりまして、これにて終了。
ホントはもっと食べたかったのですが…。
総じて、旬の魚介、お肉、お野菜…どれも素晴らしくて、丁寧な、美味しいお料理だと思いました。
きっと何を注文しても間違いなく美味しいお店だと確信したところです。
店員さんの笑顔も素敵なお店でした。
鹿児島の名店との出会いに感謝。
