The food at this restaurant is very delicious. The sashimi of the day was amberjack, red sea bream, and salmon. All of them are farmed, so they had a strong sense of freshness. Fish cakes, cold shabu salad, boiled pork cartilage, grilled meat, etc. Both were double circles. Both the taste and the volume were perfect. On the other hand, I was a little sad about the beer. It seems like it's "draft beer" and not low-malt beer. I couldn't really taste the malt or hops. Why?
