自家製豚味噌で食べるパリパリピーマン528円。
鹿児島中央駅近くの郷土料理がいただける居酒屋さん。
帰りの飛行機までの時間潰しに利用しました。
刺し盛りには天使の海老も入っており、
頭と尾は挙げてくれるサービスも。
九州の甘い醤油も食べ納めかと思うと、
ややこの味に慣れてきたのに恋しくなるかも。
あとここは唐揚げが美味しくて、
衣がカリッと硬く中がジューシー。
なので南蛮もめちゃくちゃ美味しい。
ちくわサラダはちくわの中にポテサラ入れて揚げているので最高。
九州来て一番食べたのは豚味噌かも。
当たり前のようにお通しで出るお店が多かったから。
最後はパリパリのピーマンにそんな豚味噌をのせていただくやつ。
芋焼酎飲み放題にしましたが、
料理も美味しかったです。
