この日は、鹿児島経由で都城に移動するため、鹿児島中央駅構内の他の店に入ろうとしたら、未だ消毒やら体温測定してマスクって言われたので…こちらが入店拒否じゃあという事で「せいせん」さんでランチ。
（事務局から指摘されるかなぁ？（−＿−；））
特急列車の乗り継ぎまで残り25分…
一番早そうな灰干の鯖を注文。
揚げ物なら早いかも知らないけど「灰」って桜島の灰よね〜これは食べねばと灰干に決定。
予想通り、注文通ってから焼くから時計との睨めっこがはじまる。
それでも、12分で出てきた♪
残り13分ありますわ(^ ^)
やや急ぎ気味で食べたけど、ちゃんと味わったつもり。
全然臭みもなく、嫌な脂っさぽさもない塩鯖。
これはイケますよ。
最初の店に入らなくてよかった(^ ^)
次の機会もこちらで頂こう。
乗り継ぎ電車を一本ずらしてゆとりを持って（笑）
