なにかの情報番組にでていたので、
その煮干しパスタを食べる為に訪問しました。
でも、店には、
煮干しパスタよりも高いメニューがあり、
スペシャルだったので、そちらを注文（笑）

小ぢんまりしたお店で、座席はカウンター６席。...
大きい魚介がのっている期間限定のものを頼みました。
ひと皿にパスタだけでなく、ハムや野菜なども盛られており、とても楽しめるお料理でした。
一口、パスタも最初の煮干しの香りはしますが、ん〜それから食べ進めても、、、生麺のコシや香りは余り感じられない、私としては塩味は足らずで口の中で小麦粉のぬちゃぬちゃ感だけが残る印象、更に店主が機嫌が悪い...
