この日は、鹿児島の友人に黒豚しゃぶしゃぶが食べたいとリクエストしてこちらのお店に連れてきてもらいました。屋台村の一角にあるカウンター6、7席とテーブル席1つと言うこじんまりとしたお店です。
さっそく、黒豚しゃぶしゃぶ（バラ、ロース）（各1,950円税込）を注文しました。ひとりひとりIH調理器がセットされ、出汁を張った野菜入りの鍋が置かれます。結構野菜たっぷりで嬉しいですね。お肉も見るからに上質なものとわかります。ポン酢も提供されるのですが、まずは鍋の出汁だけでいただきます。
うーーん、これは美味しい♪こだわりの温泉水を使ってアゴと鰹からとられた出汁は、なんともいえない旨みがあって、肉や野菜の味を引き立てます。ポン酢も使ってみましたが、1回だけで、あとは出汁でいただきました。出汁もどんどん飲んで良いそうなので、美味しくいただきました。
シメは雑炊とうどんで迷ったのですが、うどんにしました。これがまた美味しかったです。途中で鹿児島の人なら誰でも知っていると言われる調味料ひらめきを入れて味変も楽しめました。
これはぜひオススメしたいお店です。
鹿児島に行ったらまた立ち寄りたいと思います。
