This time I ordered a mix. Chicken fillet, loin, fillet, and kisses came out, but the texture of the low-fried cutlet was shocking. I don't think you can find a cutlet with such soft flavor anywhere else in Kagoshima! This is an overwhelming cross section of the cutlet. The fried horse mackerel is also crispy and fluffy! The price is high, but the taste is definitely better.
