山川刺身定食1300円＋白ご飯100円
5組待ちだが、席も多く回転も良さそう。予想通り道の駅を見て、少しうろうろしていると呼び出しがかかった。
オーダーはちょっと迷った。食べたいメニューが多すぎる。山川はカツオ推し、でも、「迷った時はその店の一推しを頼む」の法則で左上に大きく出ている山川刺身定食とした。
ほどなく、運ばれてきた。
食べてみると、美味しくて驚いた。刺身でこんなに美味しいと思うことはなかなかない。北海道人を刺身で唸らせるか。登山→温泉→昼ご飯だったので、空腹でのバイアスはあるかもだけど、それを割り引いても美味しい。甘口しょうゆもよいのかも。
