本日はこちらでランチ。
指宿の山川へ出張に来ました。山川と言えば、枕崎と並ぶ鰹の産地。こちらのレストランは道の駅内にあり、鰹を使った郷土料理が食べられます。迷いましたが、今回は無難に刺身定食をチョイスさせてもらいました。
・山川刺身定食 1,300円/税込
たっぷりの刺身に、あらだし汁、鰹の煮物、ご飯。
刺身は甘めの醤油でいただきます。
内訳ですが、特に説明がないので定かではないですが…
赤身、鰹たたき、タイ、カンパチ、あと白身が2点…何だろう、地魚だと思います。
刺身の鮮度ですが、まずまずかな〜。
カンパチは美味しかったなと感じましたが、その他は普通、ぶっちゃけどこでも食べられるレベル。鰹もまぁ、焼津でよく食べているので、感動は無し。
あらだし汁は出汁が効いててグッド。
さくらつぼ漬の力も借り、ご飯も完食です。
ご馳走様でした！
黒さつま鶏の唐揚げも食べましたが、粉吹きタイプでサクサクジューシー、美味しかった。刺身はまぁ、今回限りで良いと感じたので、次来るから違うメニューにチャレンジしたいと思います。また機会があれば。
