I visited this restaurant because it seemed like a good restaurant near the hotel I was staying at. (Very local location) I got in right after it opened. I visited alone, but they took me to a table and pulled down the blinds, so I was able to relax in a semi-private room. The meat looks delicious so I have high expectations. I thought it was a great way to showcase the ribs, such as Sudaku ribs made exclusively for Kirishima rice. First, I ordered the tongue tasting set recommended by the staff! This is exquisite! ! Various Other meats as well. We also have a variety of rare parts of branded beef. It is served with a special sauce prepared at a traditional Yakiniku (Grilled meat) restaurant as a base, but the sauce is rubbed to match the meat to make it tender and bring out the aroma when grilled. A dipping sauce with a refreshing aftertaste made using a unique manufacturing method to make the acidity and aroma stand out! There are many kinds such as. The carefully selected prefecture-produced rice (Hinohikari from Itoshima, Fukuoka Prefecture) was freshly cooked and delicious. The rice is on a level that you won't find in an all-you-can-eat menu♪ For drinks, we had the Sudaku series, which is the name of the restaurant, but this time we had beer with Yakiniku (Grilled meat).
