I came here because I had a late dinner. We were led to a private room with a sunken kotatsu table and had to order using a touch panel, which was extremely difficult to use. It's frustrating when you look at a newspaper-like menu and try to order, but you can't find or find the dish. I felt like it needed improvement. I ordered Motsu-nabe (Offal hotpot) and kimchi hot pot, but it was brought to me on a cassette stove and there were no particular explanations, so when I turned on the fire, after a while a crackling sound came from Motsu-nabe (Offal hotpot) and it smelled burnt. When I smelled it, I looked and found that there was no soup and the vegetables were burnt. I hurriedly turned off the heat and called the staff, who informed me that they had forgotten to add soup. When I poured the soup that was brought to me later, it turned out to be a white liquid, so I thought it was just soy sauce flavor, but when I called the staff again, I was told it was pork bone soup. I thought that Motsu-nabe (Offal hotpot) equaled soy sauce or miso, so I wish it would have been listed on the menu. The seasoning also felt a little salty overall.
