１０月１日より提供していましたカンパチプレゼントキャンペーンは１２月末をもって終了いたしました。お客様からは大変ご好評を頂きましたので、機会があればまた開催したいと思います。冬場のカンパチは脂がのって夏場とはまた一味違った美味しさがあります。近くにおたちよりの際はぜひ御賞味下さい。 それではスタッフ一同お客様のご来店を心よりお待ちしております。 |
垂水漁協経営のお店のようで、地域の奥様方が働いているという感じのお店です。垂水ということもありカンパチがメインで、漁協事務所の一部が食堂になっています。
同行者はあら煮をメインとした定食、私はカンパチの漬け丼をメインとしたものを食べましたがどちらも大変美味で驚きました。特にカンパチのビンタ煮は味はもちろん、身だけではなく骨まで口の中で蕩けてしまうことに驚きました。レジの側で冷凍のビンタ煮が売られていたので買いたかったのですが、ドライブ中ということもあり断念しました。鹿児島市内で売っているだろうと思っていたのですが、どこを探しても見当たらず、しかしビンタ煮の味が忘れられず、ふるさと納税で入手しました。是非是非再訪したいお店です。
