彼の友人で数か月奄美大島で働いていたという友人がいたのでお勧めのお店を聞きました。
そしたらこちらのお店をおすすめしてくれたので、迷わず予約しました。
メニューはおすすめコースのみ。
海鮮好きとしてはなんだかこだわりがありそうなお店な気がしてわくわくしながら訪問しました♡

◆イカの炭火焼き
香ばしい焼き加減とイカのぷりっと感が美味しすぎる。。。
まず登場したイカの炭焼きから感動の嵐、、、
◆蟹さん
かにの身はもちろん美味しいのですが、
こんなにたっぷりのカニ味噌を堪能したのも初めてかもしれません。
この時点で既に満足度高すぎる、、、
◆海老の姿揚げ＆お寿司
海老のお寿司もぷりっとしてて酢飯とよく合っているし姿揚げも頭から尾まで美味しく頂きました
シャリは若干崩れやすかったです
◆お刺身盛り合わせ
どれもとても新鮮で美味しかったのですがとくに金目鯛、タイ、イカは圧巻でした
金目鯛は良い炙り具合で口の中でとろけました
◆クロムツの煮つけ
お魚がとっても柔らかく甘みを感じる煮つけをしてあって本当に美味しかったです
そんなにお魚の煮つけって好きではないのですが、ここの煮つけは別格でした
◆いくらごはん
きらきら宝石のように光ったいくらがごはんの上に乗っかっていました
量もちょうどよかったですし、こちらも酢飯とよく合い良かったです
全体的に本当に素晴らしいお店でした。
最後に店主の方ともお話させて頂きましたが、とても腰が低く物腰柔らかい印象の方でした
お水やお茶等のサービスがあればさらにいうことなしのお店だと思います
自信もってこれから行く方へ進めたいお店です
またこちら美味しい海鮮を堪能しにこちらのお店へ訪れたいです♡
