母と平日のお昼に訪問しました。
掘り炬燵のカウンター席と、テーブル席があり、綺麗で和の雰囲気のある店内です。私達はカウンター席に座りました。
満席ではありませんでしたが、8割ほど席は埋まってました。
頼んだのは10種のおばんざいと天麩羅膳です。
色々な小鉢がいっぱい！ワクワクしますね！
先ずはお味噌汁。白味噌仕立てです。円やかで、独特の甘味があって、染み入る〜。一振りされた一味がとても合う！美味しいです。
ご飯はもう少し形良く盛って欲しい（笑）。
天ぷらは、海老は大きくプリッとしてるし、野菜の歯応えも良いです。
おばんざいはどれも出汁を効かせつつ、塩気、甘味は控えめな優しい味付けです。
特に豆乳仕立ての胡麻豆腐が、滑らかで円やかでコクがあって、とっても好みでした。
水菜？のお浸しは、ちょっと生臭かったのが気になったかな。出汁の取り方かな。
そして、全部「薄味、さっぱり、ちまちま」してるかと思いきや、豚の角煮は大きくて、こっくり甘辛く、
お刺身も臭みは無くて、脂も乗って厚切り。
焼き魚も程良い大きさ。
肉、魚がちゃんとしてるので満足感があります。
ご飯とお味噌汁はおかわり自由なのも嬉しいですね。
接客も丁寧で感じ良く、居心地が良かったです。
90分制でしたが、ゆっくり食事も話も楽しむことが出来ました。
