お魚が食べたいということで散策
北海道出身の妻は鮭とイクラが大好きなので、看板で
鮭といくらの土鍋飯
に惹かれて入店
いやあ混んでます。予約のお客さんも多いですね
約30分ほど並んで入店
狙いはもちろん鮭とイクラの土鍋飯
お通しが餅入り豆腐と言ってましたが
これが今まで食べたことのない食感とお味美味い
モッチモチした豆腐‼️それしか表現できません。これは単品でも欲しいくらい逸品です。

カマスの炭火焼きの干物
焼きなすとトマトの香味野菜
もとても美味しい味わいでレベルが高い‼️焼きなすは仄かにスモーキな味わいで美味しい
〆にお待ちかね
鮭とイクラの土鍋飯
土鍋のお焦げに鮭をほぐして、いくらを載せて頬張る‼️
いやあー想像通りの美味しさ
鮭の塩気が絶妙な塩梅でそれにイクラがプチプチと口の中でハーモニーを奏でます
これは今度は違う土鍋を食べたいですね。
